Instructions

1. Mix the quark or skyr cream until smooth.

2. Sweeten and season it to taste.

3. Arrange the cream in a bowl or press it through a suitable tool for a spaghetti-ice-cream look.

4. Add strawberry sauce on top.

5. Finish with grated white chocolate.

6. Serve chilled.
