  • Skyr, natur (mager)

  • Magerquark 0,3 % Fett
    150 g
  • Whey Protein, Vanille Vanille oder neutral
    40 g
  • Mandelmilch, ungesüßt Mandelmilch oder Milch nach Wahl
    70 ml
  • Caramel Flavor Drops (zuckerfrei) 1–2 TL Flavor Drops
    5 ml
  • Karamellsirup, zuckerfrei Optional: 5 ml Sirup oben drauf / zum Swirl
    5 ml
  • Salz 1 gute Prise Salz
    1 g
  • Butter-Aroma Optional: ca. ½ TL Butter-Aroma
    1 ml

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.

2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

3. Chill briefly so the cream thickens.

4. Garnish or swirl with a little syrup before serving.

Tip:
If you do not have salted caramel whey, use vanilla whey with caramel flavor drops and a small pinch of salt.
