  • Erythrit 10g für den Boden ; 40g für die Füllung

  • Gelatine
    13 g ( 8 Blatt )
  • Haselnuss gehackt
    10 g ( 1 EL )

Optional

  • Proteinpulver - Standard Vanille ; 15 g für den Boden, 30 g für die Füllung

  • Milch 1,5 % Falls der Boden zu Trocken wird
    15 ml ( 1 EL )

Instructions

1. Prepare the base and press it into the mold.

2. Mix quark, skyr and the remaining filling ingredients until creamy.

3. Spread the filling over the base.

4. Add fresh strawberries on top or into the cream.

5. Chill until firm.

6. Slice and serve cold.
