Instructions

1. Finely slice or shred the cabbage.

2. Mix cottage cheese, skyr and seasoning into a creamy dressing.

3. Combine cabbage and dressing thoroughly.

4. Let the salad rest briefly so the flavors develop.

5. Season to taste.
