Instructions

1. Chop the vegetables and prepare all ingredients.

2. Sauté the onions and vegetables in a pan or pot.

3. Add chickpeas, spices and the creamy sauce base.

4. Simmer until the vegetables are tender and the sauce is creamy.

5. Season to taste and serve with rice or another side if desired.
