Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with gyros seasoning, salt and chili flakes.
2. Sear the chicken in a non-stick pan with no oil or only a very small amount of oil until fully cooked and lightly browned.
3. Finely slice the tomato, cucumber, red onion and red cabbage.
4. For the sauce, mix the yogurt and skyr with pressed garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and chili flakes.
5. Briefly warm or toast the flatbreads.
6. Spread the sauce inside the breads, then fill them with chicken, vegetables and red cabbage.
7. Add a little extra sauce on top if desired and serve immediately.
