Instructions

1. Chop the red cabbage, apple and onion.

2. Sauté the onion in a pot.

3. Add cabbage, apple, liquid and spices.

4. Simmer until everything is soft.

5. Blend until creamy and season to taste.

6. Serve hot, optionally with a light topping.
