Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

2. Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion.

3. Sear the chicken in a large pan.

4. Add vegetables and cook briefly.

5. Stir in the tomato sauce and let everything simmer.

6. Season to taste and serve with rice.
