Frequently asked questions

Is the Fitness Hub free?

Yes. Public content like articles, recipe previews, exercises and tools is freely accessible.

What is the difference between Fitness Hub and app?

The Fitness Hub is the public knowledge and entry area. The app is your personal area for tracking, planning and progress.

Why is login available in the Fitness Hub?

Login connects the public Fitness Hub with your personal Athletic-AI app area. Some public hub content can have different access levels: many areas are freely accessible, while some recipes may only be fully visible after a free registration. Other content or features may be reserved for Premium or subscription members. Articles, exercises and tools are currently freely accessible to all visitors. Once you are logged in, you can also use “Go to app” to switch directly to your personal app area.

Where do I find app help?

The app help will be built separately inside the app. This page only explains the public Fitness Hub.

What does the AI in Athletic-AI stand for?

The “AI” in Athletic-AI does not only stand for artificial intelligence, as many people might assume. It mainly stands for “All Inclusive”: knowledge, recipes, tools, tracking, planning, nutrition and progress should come together in one place. The idea is simple: you should not have to collect everything from different apps, spreadsheets and websites, but have one central fitness companion.

Can I use recipes directly?

Yes. Many recipes can be viewed directly. Depending on the recipe, you will find nutrition values, ingredients, instructions, serving information and notes about possible alternatives. In Athletic-AI, recipes can also be used for planning, diary tracking, pantry and shopping lists.

How do the exercise pages help me?

The exercise area helps you find exercises by muscle group, training goal and workout split. Detail pages help you understand execution, target muscles, common mistakes and training structure.

Which tools are available?

The tools area includes calculators and helpers for calories, macros, deficit planning, keto checks, portions and protein targets. The tools are designed to give quick guidance and support planning inside Athletic-AI.

Why are some areas only available after login?

Some content or features are connected to your personal Athletic-AI area. Login makes sure personal data such as diary entries, recipes, body values, pantry items or progress can be assigned to your account.

Does Athletic-AI replace medical or nutrition advice?

No. Athletic-AI helps with orientation, planning and everyday tracking. For medical conditions, medication, eating disorders, pregnancy, strong symptoms or medical questions, you should seek medical or professional nutrition advice.
