You can delete your Athletic-AI account directly after logging in via the account settings. The login works with your email address or your username.
If you no longer have access to your account, you can reset your password from the login page. If you still cannot use the in-app deletion option, you can also contact support by email and request account and associated data deletion.
Please use the email address you registered with whenever possible, so we can assign your request to your account. For security reasons, we may ask follow-up questions before processing the deletion request.
Unless statutory retention obligations apply, your account and the personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized according to our deletion process.
